Completing this survey identifies that the individual has an interest in coaching at St. Peter Lutheran School in Weyauwega.  Coaching offers a wonderful opportunity for individuals to share their knowledge of a sport, to help young Christian athletes understand what it means to grow and compete, and most importantly to be an example of faith for the children entrusted to you. Before you decide to fill out this form please read carefully the following list of expectations:
 

A coach at St. Peter will:
 

                    1.)  Be guided by the doctrine of our Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod, and adhere to                                the doctrine, policies and philosophies of St. Peter Lutheran Church & School
                    2.)  Exhibit proper knowledge of the sport they are coaching
                    3.)  Understand the level of the sport they are coaching
                    4.)  Be an example of Christian sportsmanship at all times

This survey in no way obligates you to coach at St. Peter. It is the first step in identifying quality candidates and assisting in the search for possible coaches or assistant coaches. This form will be kept on file for reference.
